My cure for jet lag!

Yes, we all have experienced jet lag at one time or another. It's not fun especially when you have an overnight (red eye) or transcontinental flight. We wake up (if we got sleep at all) tired, dizzy, dehydrated and generally feeling lousy.

I know it sounds nuts but I really find that the best way to beat jet lag is to exercise. For example, today we landed from LA to Paris. Yup - really long overnight flight. We were all exhausted but we took a moment to jump in and swim for a while. It was not only a fun way to cool off but really helped us get our energy back and keep us going during the day.

Also, remember when you are flying try to limit coffee and alcohol. While it is tempting to have a drink on a night flight, you can wake up super dehydrated and feeling worse than if you had more than a few drinks. I always carry a water bottle with me just in case.
