Caffé Stern

How did Philippe Stark managed to transform an old engraving house into the most trendy restaurant of Paris? It was under the commission of the Italian brothers Raffaele et Massimiliano Alajmo, they landed in Paris only last September, with the idea of reinventing the famous locaux de Stern aux Passage des Panoramas, as the Caffé Stern.

I don’t even hesitate when I tell you that Caffé Stern is the coolest living corner of Paris, a great spot for breakfast, a décontractée-chic lunch or an intimate dinner.

This is one of those tiny places that have a lot of history and a so much to discover….
